This page explains how personal data is handled on baderabdallah.com (this portfolio site). It is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Italian data-protection law. The Quiz Patente B app has its own, separate policy at baderabdallah.com/patente/privacy.

What this site collects

Nothing that identifies you, and no tracking. This site uses no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking or profiling cookies. It sets no cookies of its own.

• Technical delivery data. Like every website, when you visit, your browser sends technical information (IP address, browser type, time of request) to the hosting/CDN provider, Cloudflare, which processes it only to serve the pages and protect the site against abuse. This is necessary to provide the service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interest). It is not used to profile you and is not combined with anything else.
• Fonts and media are served from this domain — no requests are made to Google Fonts or other third parties that would expose your IP to them.

If you email me

The contact links open your own email client. If you write to me, I process your email address and message solely to reply to you (legitimate interest). I don't add you to any list, and I don't share your message with anyone. I keep the correspondence only as long as needed.

Third parties & external links

The only processor involved in running this site is Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery). Links to LinkedIn, GitHub, the App Store, and other sites lead to services governed by their own privacy policies; visiting them is your choice and no data about you is shared with them from here.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port any personal data concerning you. Since this site keeps no personal data beyond any email you choose to send, most requests simply concern that correspondence — email the address above and I'll act on it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Any update to this policy will appear on this page with a new date.
